Artistic Direction of Melbourne based experimental arts organisation Aphids.

As the Artistic Director of the wild organisation that is Aphids, for 7 years I directed a program of national and international presentations as well as growing the company into a stable force in the experimental arts landscape—securing local and federal funding and an impressive network of partnerships. The collaborative structure was essential and I worked with Artistic Associates Tristan Meecham, Lz Dunn, Martyn Coutts and Lara Thoms. In 2018 I handed the company over to a triad of femme leadership—Eugenia Lim, Mish Grigor and Lara Thoms.
